The new facility will be located at 544 East 1200 South in Heber City. The new 68,189 squarefoot facility is designed to meet the skilled nursing or rehabilitation needs for the residents of both Wasatch and Summit Counties for today and well into the future.
The new building will include professional therapy services, a caring home-like environment, and the most up-to-date treatments to help focus the patients’ recovery process. For residents, the center offers on-site services including a beauty salon and an ice cream shop, and a full calendar of activities planned with the on-site recreation director. Fine dining, quality care, Wi-Fi and a highly-trained staff will round out the patients’ time in Heber.
Rocky Mountain Care Heber is the only skilled nursing and rehabilitation integrated facility in both Wasatch and Summit Counties. This will be a state-of-the-art facility that will accommodate a patient’s needs well into the future.
The Rocky Mountain Care Heber facility will be a 92-bed community that is scheduled to open in the fall of 2018, replacing the current, 27-year-old facility. It was designed by TSA Architects of Salt Lake City with Ascent Construction as the contractor.
