Rocky Mountain Care – The Lodge is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our amazing clinical team at our beautiful, new Heber facility! In this leadership role, you will ensure quality patient care, direct, coordinate and control all aspects of the clinical functions, perform regulatory compliance, and manage staff. We are looking for someone who can build trust, is committed to the team, and holds themselves and others accountable.

Duties include:

  • Organizes and directs the facility’s ongoing clinical functions to achieve and maintain 5 star ratings
  • Ensures adequate staffing qualified personnel and responsible for mandatory compliance with staff education and evaluations
  • Monitors and solves patient care issues to ensure clinical compliance with state, federal rules and regulations
  • Ensures staff has ready access and availability clinical and operation resources for proper patient care
  • Directs and improves on patient care processes and procedures. Implements improvements to ensure all staff are aware and utilizing new methodologies
  • Stays current with patient care and clinical trends and data to benefit the facility’s care operations

Qualifications:

  • Must have a current UT Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing clinical staff
  • Proven understanding of business growth, financial management, personnel management
  • Demonstrated strong clinical skills for education, mentoring or use in the field
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities that include the ability to listen, inspire and motivate others, set expectations, listen, empower others, lead a team to great results
